3. Orders & Payments

3.1 All prices are listed in EURO (inclusive of VAT at 23%) and are subject to change without notice.

3.2 Payment must be received before an order is processed and shipped.

3.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.

4. Shipping & Returns

4.1 If an item is in stock, it will be shipped the next business day.

4.2 Shipping in Ireland is complimentary and will be shipped out if ordered before 1 PM the next day unless otherwise notified.

4.3 We will ship packages via AnPost for Ireland based orders, with an estimated delivery time of 2 - 5 working days. European Orders will be shipped by either DHL or DPD depending on your location. Express service can be requested but at the discretion of the order amount.

4.4 If shipping outside the European Union, orders will be shipped under Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms, meaning the recipient is responsible for paying any applicable customs duties and taxes upon arrival. This applies particularly to shipments to the USA and the UK.

4.5 We do not guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

4.6 Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is in its original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

4.7 If the product value is over 150EUR, we recommend you register the return with tracking to ensure safe delivery.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the website’s content.

5.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, COLIN HORGAN T/A CH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
