How long does it take to receive my order?
Delivery times depend on your location:
Ireland: 2 - 5 working days via AnPost.
EU: 5 - 7 working days via DPD or DHL.
UK: 5 - 7 working days.
US & Canada: 7 - 14 working days.
Rest of the World: 10 - 20 working days (subject to customs clearance).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please be aware that international shipments outside of the EU are subject to Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), meaning customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees upon arrival.
What is Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU)?
DDU means that the customer is responsible for paying import duties, taxes, and any additional customs charges upon the package’s arrival in their country. These fees vary by location, and we advise checking with your local customs office for more details.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
For items valued over €150, we recommend using a tracked and insured return service.
Are custom and made-to-order items returnable?
No, custom-made and made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable, as they are created specifically for the customer.
How do I order a custom or made-to-order piece?
Custom orders require a consultation to discuss the design and pricing.
A 30% deposit is required to begin production, which will be processed separately via a deposit invoice.
The production process can take up to 1 month.
The remaining balance must be paid before shipping via a pro forma invoice.
The studio will keep you updated throughout the production process.
How do I initiate a return?

We will guide you through the process and provide the necessary return details.
What items are non-refundable?
Custom-made or personalized items.
Items purchased on final sale.

Can I visit the studio?
Studio visits are by appointment only. If you would like to schedule a visit, please contact us in advance.
