Shipping & Returns

At COLIN HORGAN T/A CH, we strive to ensure timely and secure delivery of your purchases. Below you will find detailed shipping and returns policies based on your location.

1. Shipping Information

Ireland

  • All orders within Ireland are shipped using AnPost.

  • Orders placed before 1 PM will be shipped the next business day.

  • A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

  • Estimated delivery time: 2 - 5 working days.

European Union (EU)

  • Orders within the EU are shipped using either DPD or DHL, depending on the destination.

  • A tracking number will be provided upon dispatch.

  • Estimated delivery time: 5 - 7 working days.

United Kingdom (UK), United States (US), and Rest of the World

  • Orders shipped outside of the EU are subject to Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms.

  • This means that the recipient is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

  • We will provide tracking information once your order is shipped.

  • Estimated delivery time:

    • UK: 5 - 7 working days

    • US & Canada: 7 - 14 working days

    • Rest of the World: 10 - 20 working days (delivery time may vary depending on local customs clearance procedures).

2. Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) Explanation

For orders shipped outside the European Union, we use Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms. This means:

  • The buyer is responsible for paying any applicable import duties, customs fees, or taxes upon arrival.

  • These fees vary by country and are determined by local customs authorities.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to check their country’s regulations before placing an order.

  • If customs fees are not paid and the package is returned, shipping costs will not be refunded.

3. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of the product being received.

  • Items must be returned unworn, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective.

  • If the product value is over €150, we highly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

4. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

At COLIN HORGAN T/A CH, we offer custom and made-to-order pieces tailored to your specific requirements. Please note the following:

  • The production time for made-to-order items is up to 1 month from the date the order is confirmed.

  • A minimum deposit of 30% is required to secure the order. This payment will be processed separately from the website through a deposit invoice.

  • A consultation will be scheduled to discuss your custom design, and a fee will be agreed upon before production begins.

  • Our studio will keep you updated on the progress of your order throughout the production process.

  • Once the item is completed, a pro forma invoice will be issued for the remaining balance, which must be paid before the item is shipped.

  • Custom-made and made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable, as they are crafted specifically for the customer.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized items.

  • Items purchased on final sale.

  • Gift cards.
